A styrofoam floating ring allows the baskets to float in any random place on the water surface. This will present a fascinating effect, also in those places where the pond water is too deep to plant marsh plants on the soil.

The floating plants baskets of Velda have been made of durable fibre cloth. The material is porous, so that the roots will always supplied with enough water. The styrofoam floating ring allows the baskets to float in any random place on the water surface, however, it can also be fixed with a weight to the loop intended for that purpose. In this way planted isles will be created, which present a fascinating effect, also in places where the pond water is too deep to plant marsh plants on the soil.
